PVB film is a high molecular polymer made from PVB resin and plasticizer, together With different additives according to different application and formed through Plasticization and extrusion by extruder.
PVB Film is used as interlayer film in production of laminated safety glass for Automotive and buildings.
The laminated safe glass can enhance elasticity of glass and absorb impact from internally or externally. Even if the glass is broken, the film still adheres tightly to the surface of glass and maintains the structure as usual. These qualities protect people from accidental injury and robbery.
PVB film can reduce sound waves and effectively block the spread of the noise. It effectively blocks the penetration of ultraviolet rays to reduce greatly heat and the damages to human body and objects.

PACKAGING
Each layer of PVB film is separated by PE film, and vacuumed in aluminum foil bag, then put into plywood box.
STORAGE
Should stored in clean warehouse under the ordinary temperature. No direct sunlight. When vacuumed package is opened, it should be stored in the place with the temperature 15℃-25℃, humidity of 20%-40%.
TRANSPORTATION
Avoid direct  sunlight, rain and strong shake during the transportation.
